Sitting on the sofa,, resting😉walked a few kilometers today 3km + 7.1 + 3.1. first at gym. then 2 shopping trips, for plants and a water filter .

what irks me today (this week) my fitbit charge3. screen does not light up very strong ,if at all, bought 2019 it failed after about 9 month, got a replacement now, again same thing.😱

pinterest has some good squid recipes, also you can look for stuffed squid, i have used spicy sausage . Eel ,i love smoked eel,not the little thin ones but the ones that are about 100cm long and ca,5cm diameter.
