I am doing 50 pushups a day, 50 squats a day, 5 min. on my bike plus aiming to keep 10k a day or more walking. I also do yoga and meditation.

I follow a vegetarian meal plan. I need to watch my sugar and junk food. (Hopefully cut them out as much as I can.)

I posted them on #1. But I can say that I plan on getting my waist to 27/28 inches. Right now I am at 30". Too much couch time after work and snacking.

Now that school is out I plan on being more active on here. my plan is 50 pushups/ 50 squats/ 5min on my bike/plus 10k steps a day. Make sure I eat healthy, I am vegetarian but I eat too much junk, plus juicing and smoothies and of course get my water in.
