I am trying to keep my sodium down. 2 slices of lean ham (Kirkland) comes up as 600 mg but the package says 430. big difference! how do I correct it?

the recipe function has suddently stopped workin for me. I spend loads of time filling in the ingrediants etc and when I click the last button I get a message that the function is having a malfunction and to try again later. Anyone else???

absolutely!!! At the very least, a way of organizing the recipes - sides, vegetables, chicken, fish etc etc etc.

My biggest problem with lchf is trying to get enough fibre. You have to eat a LOT of lettuce to get anywhere near enough.
