My son and dil was supposed to spend some time at my house, they decided to push on to their home, i said i understood. It was later when I got home and drank my emotions. I am over adulting, I want to be a baby goat and just jump around and have fun!!

ya, seemed good at first cause he mentioned liking going for walks, I thought ok lets, so far no walks together, ya it isn't working at all. Scale moved down again, so slow but lest its not going upward. 8 lbs to goal. hmmm thats a gallon of milk

the friend got back from his trip, I made a beef stew and homemade bread and I took it to him. I realized he doesn't call or anything. That isn't what I want is me doing for someone and them not doing things for me. call/visit, text, ask out… ya this isn't going to work out.

thanks for the information. I have seen sourdough bread. Used to eat that a long time ago. I am stalled weight wise. need to shake things up instead of hoping something will change. I have upped the exercise. moving the wood pile, rowing, walking. Any plans for Easter? none yet for me.

no perorino cheese or ezekeil bread here, hmm may need to check out subsitutes, got eggs though. U are one tough person to fast that long. I can barely miss 1 meal.
