lost a lb this week, maybe stress was the missing 'exercise" . probably not the best way to lose weight but it happened.

this is called broken bridge, the community fused it for walking n biking. It’s approximately 400 feet down from the top of the trail. It took me half an hour to walk down here at 36 min back up, had to take a couple test breaks

I'm in my late 60's as well, I don't do super hard workouts. Sometimes I push myself hiking or lifting. I am learning my limits. I just want to stay moving and not sit like a lot of "older" people do.

I'm not great on logging food. I read a post about a guy eating only his bmr. He lost his weight he wanted. he didn't do hard exercise he stayed within 1-3 zone for exercise. he didn't want to spike his hunger by going into zone 4 and 5 . i can see that spiking hunger. @faurotan good job maintaining! u have it dialed in!
