oh ya big eats this weekend, had company appreciation lunch then yesterday a friend took me out for hamberger meal and a girls out supper, I did bring home half of it so there is another meal for later. bbq ribs and coleslaw. Did get a great walk in the am. So it all wasn't a total loss.

I'm thinking my weight loss is half that. Still ok, loss is a loss. Did a thing yesterday, I went on a 5k race. First one I have ever logged/done. I usually work when they happen so I did my own. I called it wogging. lol, walk/jogging. So cool to finally do a 5k.
