@AdlVisser2024 great breakfast, I would get some physical therapy if you have approval from your dr. go at least once to find out what exercises to do to bust up those scar tissues. At home go to you tube and find chair exercises. Don't do the ones for the ankle unless the dr orders it. be safe

Hi Mikey, here you can use You Tube to give it a try. That can take the stiffness out of the whole body. My son has yoga go on his phone, I might sign up for that as there is a 3 month trial. It is good to break up with the usual routine and get out of the rut. Good Job
