Got a new scales, food and weight. It gives lots more information. tracking food and weight, looks like i over eat 3 days a week, calorie deficit the rest of the week doesn't offset the 3 days. more knowledge is power

Darn, I'm sure it was a great photo, try again Mikey. sometimes it takes a while to load pictures on mfp. I am logging my food everyday even if its tedious. I need a break through and the only way to do that is log every bite.

starting the tracking, I do the morning easy enough its the rest of the day i need to work on. I wanted to go snack crazy last night. don't know why but it happened. ate the rest of the peanut brittle and some potato chips, lol not at the same time.

Thanks Greaterthanlife , do you exercise? just wondering. I'm trying to figure out what to change for the new year. Calorie count? more exercise, I know I need more veggies. I haven't done much walking due to being tired from work. That should settle down in a couple weeks.
