Today's NSV is that even though the scale has been fluctuating by a few pounds up and down the last few weeks, my clothes seem to be fitting around my stomach just a little bit better.

Motivation has been sporadic at best. My coworker is still out from Covid. I'm tired. Can't wait for my vacation, it's just around the corner now! I'm really proud of myself today. Bf picked me up from work, and asked me to order fast food because he wanted to go and work on my car straight away. We ended up ordering Chinese. While he worked on the car, I did his laundry and did a workout, even though we were at his parents. Normally, I would have used not being homeโฆ

Back for another NSV. I dunno if it was my outfit today, or just the dawning that I'm so close to my first 20 pound milestone, but I felt and looked thinner to myself. I even confidently took a full body picture that I felt good about

I haven't posted here in a while, but I'm always reading your awesome NSV's. Keep up the good work everyone! I finally have an NSV today. I ordered an iced coffee on my way to work (one of my worst weaknesses). I took about 3 sips, and now I want nothing to do with it. Bring on the water, please!

Ugh, recovering from a nasty stomach bug that had me laying in bed until almost noon on Thursday. Then spent the rest of the day laying on the couch... Mostly on the mend from it now, but my body is still somewhat sore. At least it's making me be EXTRA mindful of what I put in my body right now, lol

So last week we had FOUR Christmas parties I had to attend/help host at work. (I work in a nursing home, and we do a Christmas party on each unit.) My NSV is that I didn't stuff myself on the leftover cookies we were allowed to enjoy once the residents had had their share. I only had one or two per party
