I've been absent for a while, and I gained back about half of the weight I lost while here. NSV is that instead of being discouraged, I knew that I had done it before and therefore can and will do it again - and do even better than last time

Wow, it's been so long - too long - since I've been here. How is everyone? We closed on the house and we're all moved in! We've been so busy with unpacking and fixing things up. I also started a new job! I now work at a sanctuary where I take care of cats, and I couldn't be happier I did lose (or gain back?) about half ofβ¦

I feel like I'm in a fog today...can't shake this exhaustion. And I'm eating like crap because I just don't have the energy to put effort into making/prepping/planning/packing... Ugh My goals are to get through the rest of work, drink lots of water when I get home, and rest. Maybe go to bed early...Idk about anything else.β¦

I got my first comment from someone we know about how I've lost weight. I know most people don't like to bring up the subject because it can be a sensitive one, but it feels good to have all that hard work recognized once in a while!
