    My ultimate weight goal is flexible. I really need to add a lot of muscle. Want to add regular yoga & strength work to my exercise (walking in a hilly area) routine. And add some speedy walking to my weeks for good cardio, and to start signing up for speedy walking half marathons once more. My first in probably a decade is at the end of this month. Might be cool to re-walk that race again next year & compare my times. πŸ˜ƒ
