    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    February 28 (Starting Weight): - 151.6 (10-day average 152.8)
    March goal - 148
    Ultimate goal - Range between 145 - 150

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.


    Feb 28: 151.6 (10-day average 152.8)
    Mar 5: 152.4 (10-day average 152.2)
    Mar 12: 149.8 (10-day average 151.8)
    Mar 19: 152.4 (10-day average 150.9)
    Mar 26: 150.6 (10-day average 150.4)
    Mar 31: 149.6 (10-day average 150.5)

    Total loss for March Scale bounced around this week; I had a big food day on Monday, but I still ended the week down 2.3 pounds. That's almost a half pound a week, and I'm quite fine with that. Getting back close to my ideal weight. Still... I didn't quite meet my goal for the month.

    Fell off the wagon hard this month, but I've maintained between 197 - 198 consistently when I do peek at the scale...

    Going to start fresh in next month's challenge

    Is there anyone that is willing to carry on and make an April challenge, really easy to do then add the link in this group so people and join. I have done them for 2 years but I need to take a step back as my kids are not well mentally so I want to be there to support them with no distractions. I thank everyone who has joined in with my challenges and wish you all the best x β€οΈπŸ™‚
