    March Goal Weight: 172
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 165?

    My ultimate weight goal is flexible. I really need to add a lot of muscle. Want to add regular yoga & strength work to my exercise (walking in a hilly area) routine. And add some speedy walking to my weeks for good cardio, and to start signing up for speedy walking half marathons once more. My first in probably a decade is at the end of this month. Might be cool to re-walk that race again next year & compare my times. πŸ˜ƒ

    Weighing a day early this week as i'm out tonight and not sure how i'll be in the morning lol.
    Managed to get out for a walk one morning this week, going to try and go out walking when im not on an early shift in work.

    March start Weight: 175 lbs
    March Goal Weight: 172 lbs
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 147 lbs
