Time to get back on track. I turn 69 this month. Hoping that tracking food will help. Thanks for having a spot to hear like stories.

I think that I can do 10 days. Just getting back into this. Goal is to have the scale go down. Lately it seems to stay the same or go up. Exercise goal is to get out walking in the morning and hit 10,000 steps more days than not. 7-11 7-12 7-13 7-14 7-15 7-16 7-17 7-18 7-19 7-20 Good luck everyone.
