That’s a relief!!! But the “eat less than you burn” thing is really hard. My baby step goal is to try to eat 3,000 calories per day. It’s still more than I burn because I’m completely sedentary. When I was 185, I wore size 16. Now I’m 270 and wear size 24 sometimes 22. I’m apple shape so my butt is flat, my legs and arms are pretty slim, but my belly is large. Has anyone seen “How to Look Good Naked”? It’s not always about weight but most episodes have plus size women and they help them dress in the best ways to accentuate their curves. As a plus size woman myself I found it super helpful!

@DeButterflyx I struggle with exactly the same thing!! I’ve had sweets after dinner my whole life. It doesn’t matter how full I am. Even if I’m so full from a large dinner that I can barely eat a bite, the craving still comes. I follow a lot of body positive / plus size blogs on Tumblr because they make me feel better…

I’m scared to do therapy tbh. It’s pretty obvious that I overeat for emotional reasons. I don’t know if it can be solved without therapy I just feel scared to face my feelings so food is my distraction and comfort place and coping mechanism, it’s really really hard to let go of that :(
