Happy November! Had a mad Halloween night, been a while going out out and observe "gathering". Still feel a bit broken to be fair... Past 2-3 weeks, i've been eating like mad. I always did a 18-6 fasting everyday, but recently have been waking up very hungry and thought it'd be ok to listen to my body and just go with it.β¦

So I've been traveling again. Just got to a new place and no scales around here either! There's a few pharmacies about I'll have a look if they have one π apart from that from being so tired while travels/packing/unpacking/squeezing work in between I just ate whatever. Still logged everything, I was pretty much on theβ¦

Eek! Currently traveling and there's no scales around here! Last time I weighed in on Friday I was 141.3 lbs is it ok to stick to that? My weigh in day is Sunday. I suppose I'd need to imagine I'm the same weight til 5th Oct lol π€£π

Burpees. I apparently dislike burpees. I don't want to do them but it feels really good when you used to be not able to do 1 and now can do 5. But I still don't like them. Rant aside healthy eating + calorie counting + excersizing + actually sticking to it all this time = I haven't felt and looked this good for a very longβ¦

@Pupowl Mowing.. well done! I absolutely hate mowing and continuosly having to do it. I'd just prefer fake grass instead πΉ good on you, that takes some will power π

Just broke my 36 hour fast (intended 36, but ended up being 38.5 hours). Tried 24-25 hour fasts before and felt ok, so I thought I could push past it. After the first 24 hours I felt really hungry but loading up on water solved it. Nearing 36th hour I realised I wasn't ravenous but "could eat". All in all generally feltβ¦

Yes please, it's ok to zero them out. I use a phone app for steps not Fitbit so only walks are counted on my end. I'll carry on like this for 3 more weeks, but will be back on for next month π xx

Ah sorry, have all been under 500 steps, I switched to swimming and gym, for another 3 weeks now. Sorry for not updating π

Is anyone reaching their protein goals without protein powders/shakes/supplements? If so, how? Even with all the tuna, chicken, eggs in the world I can't seem to be getting anywhere near. :confused: to the point that I can't eat anymore. Though, I feel fine, energetic, healthy and the workouts are absolutely fine, buildingβ¦
