Had admin shenanigans yesterday that pissed me off so thought a glass of wine was well in order. So a bottle later.. π€£π Today's a new day! I shall behave lol

@jessicakrall8 whoop! Thank you. I actually stopped "dieting" and just stayed deficit without adding workout calories back in. Felt full and healthy, hope it continues next week! π€ Xx

had a veggie salad with tofu whilst in Montenegro last month. Was with steamed vegetables, peanut butter mayo and grilled tofu. It was yumm and super filling π Never really liked (or knew how to handle rather) tofu before #converted Though in Turkey now, and tofu is super expensive here π€― I think I'll save recipe ideas tilβ¦

I've been pretty good diet wise with a cheat here and there but staying calorie deficit. Though today I felt so ravenous, very unlike me for te past month and stuffed my face π€£ had fairly healthy food but not deficit, just a little over normal cals, did a 30 min walk only too today and no workout. Hope it's not going toβ¦

Good thinking π I felt like that one day last week. I skipped workout and drank even more water the day skipped workout again only did a light walk then it was ok afters Hope it returns to normal for you soon too

Petty reasons: Being able to wear skirts without having to put on deo sticks Not being envious of fit ladies with perfect bums (this is probably a different problem) Looking better naked Not feeling awkward with tight clothing Experiencing less severe MS symptoms especially when having relapses on mobility Weighing lessβ¦

Weighed in 19th: 70.5 kg Weighed in today: 72.6 kg Everyday workout and keeping calorie intake between 800-1000 What happened π’ Had been on 16-8 intermittent fasting for a while now. Will switch to 20-4, to see what happens π€·π»ββοΈ
