Have to agree with @Kateljm . It was good to be able to claim points for trying to get the fibre. Plus or minus 3 seems very arbitrary, but I suppose you have to provide a number in some way. But surely the bonus points for protein should have been for trying to do protein from food rather than supplements whether or not…
