I'm 70 years old and just found out that I have shrunk half an inch, so now I am 5'3.5" and 174lbs. Almost obese by BMI chart standards. I work out at a gym three times a week and I am still working as a mobile hairdresser, so I'm quite active on a daily basis. However, I have an unhealthy relationship with food,β¦

I just found out that one of my granddaughter's is engaged. Wedding date not yet decided, but my goal is to be able to wear an attractive outfit for the day. I'm currently a size 14 (Canadian) and would like to get comfortably into a 12.
