Yes, I'm trying to maintain maybe lose 5 more lbs. However, finding motivation a little tough right now. I enjoy exercising daily, it's maintaining a calorie deficit that's tough. Maybe we can help each other?

Imo the advice given is good. If you want a shredded look, cutting a few calories is the answer. Maintain protein at 1 gram per pound and cut some carbs and fat. Your workout program looks excellent you just need more time. GL!

I used it this morning with cocoa powder and equal in my coffee and loved it!!! Tomorrow I might add a little vanilla. Thanks……making my…

Thanks everyone for great feedback!! I have a blood test scheduled for late September and hoping for great results. My last blood test was well over a year ago and the results were not great. Since then I've completely changed my diet and lost 60lbs. I will post the results and anticipating that I can put my low fat diet…

It takes time and a lot of effort to build strength and muscle mass, but you’re doing it right, IMO. I would suggest, as you stated, use more free weights and simpler compound exercise. Deadlifts, bench press, squats, shoulder press and others a like, three days a week. GL
