I joined MFP in July 2021 and I too have neglected it severely. I was doing CICO back then and lost 20 lbs.I moved on to Keto in October 2021 and have lost 14 more lbs. I will continue with keto and check in with MFP more often. :)

I learned from another member on MFP that " losing weight is a slow process and requires patience and consistency over the long haul ".

My mini goal is to weigh less on my birthday this year (Sept 4) than my last birthday.

My small change is the only beverage I drink now is water and ice tea every once in a while sweetened with truvia. I gave up soda and alcoholic beverages weeks ago and I do not miss them at all.

Hi, I'm new here and I am 62. I started my weight loss journey in June of this year. I have lost a few pounds,but I have patience. I will be consistent and give myself a year to reach my goal weight in ways that I can maintain.
