My goals are to lose about 50 pounds before my 50th birthday in December. And then re-validate myself then. :) I'm in a couple of groups on here already ... so I will def. check those out. Thanks for responding . :)

Mostly when I'm stressed out about things. :( I wish I could just stay away from the kitchen (fridge) when I'm stressed out.. but it's just something I have done since I was little... :(
