For me personally, just because the plate is small, it doesn’t mean I can't pile up the food lol. I prefer weighting to be honest.

Hey I struggled with my weight my whole life too and using MFP has been the most sustainable and successful thing that has worked for me. I am just mad I didn't start using it years ago. Well actually understanding calories in vs calories out and eating at a deficit or maintenance. Good luck on your journey.
