I am trying to get under 200 pounds by the time we go to Key West. That's this coming Saturday. 5 days from now only a few pounds to go. I'm 203 now.

I weigh every couple weeks. If I weigh every day I get discouraged because I don't see results everyday. Also exercise can add muscle which can add weight which is NOT a bad thing. I am not an expert, but this is what I do. I always eat before a workout , but leave time for food to settle. The body needs fuel. That is what works for me. Also, remember everyone is different so try different things and see what works for you. I hope this helps.
