fr3smyl, having a lifestyle change intent about weight loss, should really be the objective, otherwise diets are become just temporary fads.

I quit logging for 3 days but I am back. The way I see it, even if you are overeating, you should just log it, so you are aware of it, and you can still choose to do whatever you are doing, but you will know what you are doing and it will eventually get you back on track.
