  • Thursday May 2 ✅✅✅ 70+ minutes in the pool: water jogging, physio, and mobility all in the water. Felt great. Won’t be in the pool Friday as I am giving blood first thing in the morning (and no strenuous efforts for the remainder of the day) No pass days
