Going to jump in on this one.. Goal is to not drink any beer M-F, with a total consumption of 4 bottles on the weekends.

This helps.. but.. from what I understand (which may not be accurate), profiles are not available on the mobile app so if someone is only using that to access this site, they may not be aware of it.

Not a believer in cheat days either. Find what you enjoy and try eating it within your desired calorie range. We are human so there will be days we go over for celebrations and just simply to enjoy a meal. These alone, will not derail long term results assuming they are for celebrations and an occasional meal to enjoy.ā¦

Give it up totally? No. Cut back and be mindful of how much and when? Absolutely.. This has to do more with age than calories though for me. If you are cutting alcohol for weight loss, just be sure you consider the impact once you bring it back in once you've hit your goal weight.

Over the last 9 years, I've gone from an intense exerciser (for me anyways) to a more moderate over the last few years. Things hurt more and I don't rebound as fast now. Also, the energy level isn't what it was 9 years ago and in some cases nor is the desire.

I did pilates reformer and mat for a while. For me, I got the most out of mat. Also, I found the one-on-one training with a private 'certified' instructor to be the only way (for me) that things were done correctly. However, it was cost prohibitive to keep it up. Your experience may be different.
