i plan to eat a variety of tasty, healthy food, with more fruits and veggies and less meat amounts. i plan to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. i plan to exercise for at least 60 minutes every day, more if i can. i am planning to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
