I am sitting down and crossing my legs without discomfort. It has been YEARS!

My posture, gait, speed and stamina have improved since I watch a video on how to walk. When I go places, I remember to keep my head up, shoulders back, core in, heel first, butt tucked and back straight. I might not be taller, but this helps my confidence.

My angel wings flap to the wrist. They used to stop at the elbow.

Never thought praising a persons weight loss was rude until reading these blogs. Learning that weight loss is a personal journey. I would not mention to someone their weight gain, why would I mention their loss.

My mini goal is to eat when I am hungry. I do not know how a "normal" person eats. Does that sound weird to you?
