I walk 3-4 miles every day and I do a recumbent bike workout on IFit Monday to Friday ( I take Saturday and Sunday off to rest my ankle). I do 120 minutes a day (60 minutes in the morning and 60 minutes in the afternoon).

I follow the Mediterranean diet, I also track what I eat and drink. I am also thinking about getting back into Weight Watchers.

I always put my exercise times on my calendar everyday. I track what I eat and drink everyday.

Iโm more of a emotional eater.

I interval train everyday ( except for Sunday), on Sunday I just walk. I workout with resistance bands every other day.

Food diary and water intake logging throughout the day. Mindfull eating and emotional eating are also my major problems.

My overall goal is to lose 10 pounds by Christmas. I will do this by tracking what I eat and drink, and I will exercise everyday.

My reason for doing this challenge is to lose weight . I do these 5% challenges every season of every year.

I think you should clarify that when you are on a group for In between challenge you are on the group for Fall, Winter,Spring or Summer. Thank you. I didnโt know that I was Meerkats for the Fall.
