My mini-goals are to be able to do 5 knee push-ups and for my jeans to not feel tight when buttoned

ooh, this looks yummy! I'm going to have to give it a try

Dropping a feature that will apparently cost the app customers instead of improving the coding to be more up to date and provide a better experience for a tax write-off would be incredibly short sighted and shareholders tend to not enjoy seeing any sort of drop off in usage numbers. I expect them to care as long as doing so can make them money. I'm struggling to see how this change will make them money. I agree the right mindset is important. But is this 'all-or-nothing' mindset really the right one? I've never had luck with this kind of start personally, though I suppose some have. My mini-goal is to maintain/possibly lose over this Halloween week. Take the holidays hour-by-hour.

To lose 10lbs by adding three strength training days to my week and cutting out some of the extra sugar I tend to eat

This is it exactly. For me the weight will come off with the lifestyle changes I am implementing, but weight loss is not perfectly linear and it doesn't help me to change things and (in theory) see no improvement. Even weight loss by inches takes time. I like the emotional measure as well, its just the lure of a tactical…
