  • Hello @pulga1818, @roz0810, and @MelRealm! I suffer pretty badly from depression. I'm determined to make some changes to work on improving my mood, because it derails my weight loss efforts. In September I'm going to make an effort to exercise more, and get 7.5hr sleep each night.

  • Alas @lakinte1 I did not succeed. I overate badly all afternoon, meaning that I didn't have the bingeing/snacking/overeating at nighttime. However, it's the same thing - just shifted forward by several hours. I'll succeed today and tonight. Good luck to us both @lakinte1.
  • I'm brand new here, and this is a big problem for me. I under-eat all day, then go hog-wild with eating at nighttime. I eat way over the calories I under-ate during the day. Something like 3-5 times as much. It's madness. So, tonight I'm going to NOT eat after dinner. And I'll post how I went tomorrow. Good luck to us both…
