To add, you copy the user name, then go to friends section, request(persons head with the plus) ๐ค+, and paste their user name in the request, and your user name under that, and send.

So I broke my tibia a couple inches above the ankle and fibula about 3 inches below the knee, May 13 while skateboarding downhill which was stupid for me to do. I skate fine on flat but I'm not a trick guy, I just ride. I was ordered to not touch the floor with it for six weeks after they ran a nail down the tibia andโฆ

Welcome! Bicycle has been a good burner for me the last couple months. That along with staying under the intake goals, I've lost the 2lb pet week I set as my goal so far. At some point I think I'm supposed to lower the calories per day, but as long as I'm continuing to drop what the goal drop is, I guess I'll leave them asโฆ

Hello. Been here a couple times before and had success, especially using the calorie counter. I'm good at underestimating my intake and it really helps to have that reality check. Blew the first day by about 250 calories, and that's not bothering to take the macros into consideration. For now, I'm simply trying to gain aโฆ
