Hey y'all. I'm Nan from Arkansas with my recomittment to a keto-carnivore way of eating after surgery to remove cancer from my tongue and the removal of 38 lymph nodes. All clear, no radiation needed! My intentions are to continue weight loss, reduce A1c level, reduce daily glucose levels.
