  • Me!! Currently 290!! Biggest I've ever been in my life and I'm trying hard to make better choices. Priorities are better good choices and walking 4-5 times a week.
  • Working on the same things here! Had a good day went to the hibachi place for my daughter's birthday today and did pretty good. Got chicken and shrimp with veggies no rice but man it was loaded with sugar sauce so don't know how much of a win that was. Hoping to do better tomorrow :)
  • I would love accountability buddies. Building better habits is hard especially when i can cheat myself and no one knows :( i should have more self discipline but gosh it's a struggle.

  • That's so exciting!! I get so discouraged when I am putting in so much effort with trying to stay disciplined with food and exercise then I don't see any movement on the scale. So Frustrating!!
  • I am looking for others trying to stay motivated to get healthy. I am almost 300 pounds. My family is heavy and so are most of my friends so my support network is literally non-existent at this point. Would love to have a few people on here to help keep each other accountable.
