Dry red wine (merlot, cabernet sauvignon, chianti, etc.) is about 115-125 calories/5 oz. Bourbon is around 195-225 calories/3 oz. Vodka and rum with mixers are relatively low too.

It's been suggested but I'm not a cauliflower fan, unfortunately. I just try to stay clear of pizza and plan if I intend to eat pasta... it's difficult, for sure!
