Don't expect to feel like you have cracked it after week two. I think it takes a good 2 months of good decisions and determination to get to the point where it becomes a more natural routine and just a way of life but once you are there it becomes a lot easier to maintain your progress

Hey fella, sounds a familiar story. I am on my second round after having an injury shortly after hitting my goal. I'm trying to lose the 6st I gained as a result. Would be good to talk to someone with a similar position.
