I’m a weekly planner. I generally eat the same things for breakfast and just vary lunch and dinner. We’re in a lockdown at the moment, so I’m working on just eating from my pantry to save trips to the grocery store!

I absolutely love Emma Lovewell- and agree- love the 30 min plus rides. I’m happy to stack them up, but sometimes it’s nice to have the longer time period to try and build some momentum. I’ve not tried power zone yet. Peloton launched in Australia a few months back so I am a new rider!
