I started off at 300ish and now I'm at 247 with a goal of 150 so I've still got quite a bit left to lose. One of my biggest motivators is that my brother is having a baby and I want to not only be a good role model but also be around for as long as I can.

Well, my original goal was to be under 250, however I lost weight faster than I anticipated and I'm now at 253 so I guess my new goal is going to be like 220. I'd love to be under 200 but I don't see that being realistic for me.
