I am brand new to IF and am not sure which ratio is best for me. So, I figure I will listen to my body and if it really needs something to eat, I will eat. Otherwise, I'm aiming for 16:8 (fasting 8:30pm-11:30am the following day).

I'm in Cincinnati, and there aren't really any "healthy" restaurants. For me, it's simply portion size and removing certain ingredients if I can. I don't have a big sweet tooth, but I don't deny myself anything. So.........I do my best to just have a small amount of whatever I want. I don't keep large quantities in my home, but I do keep good dark chocolate in the freezer.

Hello. I've been using My Fitness Pal off and on for years and am now back again. My weight loss hasn't happened in 15+ years. LOL. Mostly because I love the beer and wine. I really am just making an extra effort to be more active everyday and get as much movement as I can, since I have a desk job.
