Even more stupid is the serving size says 7g. So a serving is 7 grams and contains 15g of fat. How does that work?

I know... https://chathamvillageco.com/products/caesar-style-croutons/ I am thoroughly confused. At worst this is an outright lie about calories to make them look healthy. At best the fat grams are much too high.
