You could always add a "food note" to your log and use that? so you can associate your blood sugar levels with the meals you have had for the day.

I have been wondering if it was time to invoke the help of a professional. I drink ample amounts of water so I know that’s not an issue. I haven’t not been working on keeping certain macros, just trying to intuitively eat and make more nutrient dense choices.

Hey all, thanks for your feedback. Seems like most everyone is suggesting upping calories to 1,600 which is very sustainable for me. But do I do that just for a brief period and drop back down or leave it and see how my body responds?

I would personally put it under snacks, as previous posters have mentioned it really doesn't matter where you place it. But if you just like tracking which shake/protein supplement you had with what workout you perform then I'd recommend customizing your meals and just adding an option for pre/post workout snacks.

I need friends! I’ve been working on my weight loss journey since January and my friends/family/spouse have been decreasingly enthusiastic about my progress. Started at 250 currently 217, with a goal of being around 165.
