If you’re moving a lot and jumping around a lot, then yes. But it really depends on the type of dance. I would probably burn more calories walking or running than I do dancing. And thank you! this happens to me all the time! I try to have a high calorie day every once and a while. It seems to boost my metabolism. I don’t know why it works but I think of it as “reminding” my body that I’m eating in a deficit.
