Agreed! At first, it gets hard to get over the guilt of "going over" on calories. I was able to size down in work-out leggings, from a large to a medium. I haven't been a medium in so long! My rings are also becoming too loose (which makes me sad, but it is a constant reminder that I am making progress).

I weigh daily. I know that it may be harmful to some people, but it has really helped me understand day-to-day fluctuations that come from exercise, diet, and hormonal influences.
