Come up with a list of non-food rewards that you can get if you meet your goal. For example: get a manicure, buy a magazine, take a relaxing bath, etc. So maybe try to eat 1 treat per day for a week then get a reward.

Here's how I handled this with my kids: Prepare a meal, usually includes something they like. Make them a plate. If they finish everything on the plate, they can have more.
