  • Hi all - I have 20+ kgs to lose. When I was using MFP several years back, my weight was under control. Now I am back to MFP to at least not increase from here on ☹️ Starting weight: Oct 23 - 75.9 ☹️ Goal weight - 55kg. To be logged on daily basis: water, weight, no junk, light exercise, sleep.
