A couple of things my dietician looks at is she goes to my reports and calculates my average calories for a week and also looks at my average macros. She has helped me set my calories and macros and I change them in the app.

@BMcC9 I am going to try a soup today I found on Thriving Home Blog. I also used the recipe tool to copy and paste the recipe URL. It worked great. I had to change the serving size.
