To be honest I usually don't pay much attention to nutrients, such as sodium, but maybe I should take a look at that a bit more. I just checked and some of the days where definitely a bit higher in sodium, but still within the daily limit. I'll have to keep an eye on it, and see what happens. Thanks for the tip!

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 268.1 CW: 267.4 At least it's a loss, but I don't get it. I've been more active (more than 10,000 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday), stayed within my calorie budget and drank plenty of water. When I weighed myself on Saturday, my loss was greater than this morning 🤔 So even though I've been more active…

Ok, so I had very early morning today and I totally forgot to get on the scale this morning 😕 I hope it's OK that I weigh in tomorrow 😎

1. Tell us a little about yourself? Where are you from? What are some of your hobbies? Etc. My name is Irene, 45 years old. I'm originally from the Netherlands, but I've lived in Denmark since 2012. 2. Why are you on this journey? What pushed you to start? I've lost a great deal of weight before using weightwatchers, via a…

Yes, my vacation started on the 16th of July and we went to Holland for a few days last week. That meant a lot of driving and not so much walking. This week, we're at home just relaxing and taking care of stuff that we normally don't have time for. It's not easy, though, being that close to the fridge and the cupboard with…

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 269.8 CW: 268.1 I'm really glad to see a loss this week, since I had a hard time sticking to my food plan and gave in to several cravings. Hopefully this week goes better. It should help that I have to go back to work on Monday, so that will keep me busy again :)

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 266.5 CW: 269.8 Totally forgot to post this yesterday. Just spend a couple of days in Holland, and although I had a great time, I ate a bit more than I was supposed to, didn't get to walk as much as I hoped and combined with water retention because of the extremely warm weather, I gained more than I…

I actually make sure that I plan for a snack every day. I've actually tried to cut certain snacks from my diet all together (e.g. chocolate and chips), but I found that this only increases my desire to eat them and increases the chance that I overeat. So by allowing myself a snack every evening, I am more likely to stay…

Check in: So far the first week has gone better than expected. I've been able to stick to my calories and most days I haven't eaten after 9pm, which for me is a pretty good accomplishment. The first two days of the step challenge also went pretty well. @Megan_smartiepants1970 Steps 26/6: 6,534 27/6: 6,050 I'm pretty…

@Megan_smartiepants1970 I would also like to join the step challenge. I will have to build it up though, so I'll start with 5,000 steps per day and hopefully I can increase this later :) Username: IP2021
