I want to lose 20 pounds. That will put me at an ideal weight. But the numbers on the scale are not the most important numbers to me. I want to become active again. I want to tone up. So I don't follow directions very well. lol My goal is to exercise 3-4 days a week. To keep eating better. I'm eating too much fat. Main goal-Live strong and Stay strong (health, mental etc)
