Please do not stress about the last 9 pounds.It may be that your body is at the weight it wants to be.I keep reading that if you eat healthy and exercise that your body will determine the weight it wants to be at.

My fasting schedule is 18/6.I am not a breakfast eater so this works for me.I eat between 12pm and 6pm and it is going really well.
